My 7 effective morning rituals for a healthier body

It is so important for your body to be healthy and to stay healthy

I know how trying to live a healthy lifestyle takes a lot of work and effort. However, working hard for the result of a healthy body, mind and life is definitely worth it!

Here there are my 7 simple morning rituals for a healthier body.

  1. Eat a healthy breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so don’t leave your home without eating it! For a healthy breakfast, eat oats, porridge, bran flakes, wholemeal bread, etc. Don’t eat sugary cereals or white bread.lisobona fussygirlpl

2. Snack on fruit

Put the chocolate bars, sweets and crisps away and snack on fruit instead. Fruits contain vitamins and nutrients which help to boost your immune system and protect you from illnesses and diseases.

Also, snack on other foods such as dried apricots, nuts, sultanas and raisins.


3. You should drink 2 litres of water every day

…not all in one go but throughout the day. Water cleanses the body of toxins and keeps you hydrated. Plus, water is not just good for the inside – it’s good for your skin too.

4. Drink a glass of fresh orange or grapefruit juice

Oranges and orange, grapefruit juice are high in vitamin C which helps to protect you from colds and flu or bug.


5. Drink herbal tea

…instead of coffee. Herbal teas (such as ginger, lemon and peppermint) are much better because they contain antioxidants, they cleanse the body and they are rather therapeutic.

6. Go to bed early the night before

There is such a thing as beauty sleep! When you sleep your skin and body go into repair, recovery, restore and renewal mode, as the new skin cells replace older ones, so make sure you get plenty of sleep (around 8-10 hours a night.)

7. Exercise

Take on a physical activity – e.g. quick jog, brisk walking, swimming, yoga – as part of your morning routine as soon as you wake up. Exercise is a great way to get your body warmed up and functioning.
